1. The online shop

The Asantys Components Shop is serving exclusively specialist companies. We therefore cannot register or supply private individuals. A registration is needed to get full access and receive quotes.

The Asantys Components Online Shop is a B2B purchasing platform for registered specialist companies. Purchasing via the store is only possible for commercial specialist companies. Item prices are therefore only visible after registration approval. Please note that this process can take up to 2 working days.

The Asantys Components Online Shop is serving exclusively commercial specialist companies that wish to purchase system components at the best possible purchasing conditions and do not require technical support for the items offered. Customers who require technical support can order complete solar systems from Asantys Systems and receive technical support for the ordered systems.

No, unfortunately a reservation is not possible. After we have received your request with the chosen delivery option, we will get back to you as soon as possible with an offer including the chosen transport option. Only with acceptance and payment of this offer including transportation a purchase contract is concluded. Before this point we reserve the right of prior sale of the requested products (first come first serve).

2. Ordering, prices & payment

Upon receipt of payment, we will ship the ordered products to the provided shipping address within the specified delivery time. You will receive status updates automatically upon receipt of payment, provision of goods and shipment of goods.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. The online shop cannot handle change requests automatically and in order to offer the best possible prices, we have to minimize our manual interactions. A subsequent order change is not possible. Therefore, please make sure your request is 100% correct and completed before sending to us.

We cooperate with leading logistics providers worldwide. Nevertheless, we have no influence on schedule changes of container ships or the routing of airfreight. Our stated delivery dates therefore always refer to the provision of the goods at our warehouse. Of course, we try to deliver the ordered goods as fast as possible.

After receiving your final offer including transportation you can decide to purchase (confirm your order and pay upfront) or to reject the offer. After accepting the final offer and transfer of payment it is not possible to change or cancel a placed order.

The prices for the items we offer are EXW prices. We can only offer a binding quotation after calculating the freight. We will also confirm the EXW delivery times.

In the first step you choose the products and quantities you want to purchase. After sending us your request based on the displayed EXW prices, we will offer you the requested products including the shipping option you requested as soon as possible. If you decide to accept our offer, send us your order and transfer the agreed purchase price within 10 days. We will deliver the ordered goods to you within the agreed EXW delivery time after we have received the full payment. We deliver as fast as possible to the agreed place of delivery. During the purchase and delivery process you will receive automatic status updates on your delivery by email.

Our EXW prices are binding. Only the transportation costs will be offered individually after receiving your request...

At the moment we only accept payments by bank transfer. We are working on other solutions.

Our pricing system is simple and transparent: You have the possibility to get a bronze- silver or gold status, which defines your discount. The prices you see in the online shop are already your final price reduced by the discount. 

When you register on our shop, you will automatically receive the silver status. After your first full calendar year as an Asantys Components client, we will review your status. In order to maintain your silver status you need to achieve a minimum turn over of 100.000 € per year. A turnover of less than 100.000 € year will set your status to bronze and reduce your discount accordingly. An annual turnover of more than 500.000 € will give you our gold standard and guarantee you the highest discount and best possible prices.

The annual sales volumes for the corresponding status are:

Required annual turnover for gold status: €500,000.

Required turnover for silver status: 100.000 €.

In order to transfer your funds, you choose the bank of your trust. Your funds are safe with us and your will receive your ordered goods as offered.

Our working currency is €. Therefore, all our prices are shown in € and all our invoices are billed in €. If you would like to pay in a different currency you will have to ask your bank to exchange your currency to € and do the transfer to our account.

Our pricing system is depending on your annual sales volume and the volume per order. Depending on your annual sales volume you will be grouped into bronze, silver or gold status determining the discount offered. Furthermore, we do have a low quantity charge for orders below 5000€. This means increasing your single order volume above 5000€ and reaching a higher annual sales volume will provide you with better prices.

The aim of Asantys Components is to provide best possible prices for high quality solar components. Our pricing is therefore inclusive of discounts for upfront payments from you to us as well as to our suppliers.

No, you do not have to meet a minimum order volume, but we need to add an additional charge of 200 € for orders below 5.000 €. This charge is necessary to cover our processing costs. We advise you to combine your purchases in order to achieve order volumes above 5.000 € and avoid the additional charge.

3. Delivery, shipping costs & returns

We do not want to charge German VAT to our customers who order from outside the EU. We can only avoid this if we export the ordered goods from the EU. In order to keep our internal logistic processes lean, we generally offer all customers only inclusive delivery, even if the delivery takes place within Germany or the EU.

Outside the EU, we offer:

- air freight,

- or sea freight by Full Container Load (FCL) or Less Container Load (LCL).  

Inside the EU, we offer land shipping options (road transports via our logistic partners as well as DHL shipments).

You can see the availability of the products in the shop: If the availability is confirmed with a green light, we have the product on stock and can be shipped with the next possible transport to your destination. A yellow light means that we have already ordered the product from the manufacturer, but are still waiting for them to arrive in our warehouse. A grey light means that we will have to order the product for you from the manufacturer. You will receive a binding EXW delivery date with our binding quotation. Please note that we will need up to 5 working days to pack your goods and handle the German export formalities. Please also note that if you book an inspection of the goods by SGS, Bureau Veritas or another inspection company the processing time of the inspection company is added to our EXW delivery time, before we can ship the goods.

You will receive status update mails on your order automatically.

Yes, you can freely set or choose the delivery address, the consignee address and the invoice address in the checkout process. Please pay attention to state the correct addresses in the checkout process as after reception of your order address changes are only possible through customer service and against a fee.

The transport costs depend on the volume and weight of your shipment and the mode of transport you require. We cooperate with world leading logistics companies in order to offer you best possible transport costs.

Yes, all our transports are covered by a general transport insurance.

If you received a damaged product and would like to request this to be covered by our transport insurance, please send us your claim together with supporting documents via our customer service within 48h after reception of the goods.

We deliver worldwide.

A return of goods is only possible in warranty cases and depends on the warranty terms of the product manufacturers. In case you would like to claim warranty for a product we delivered to you, please contact our customer service.

5. Logistic process

CIF and CIP are the best Incoterms for a cost-effective delivery. If you need assistance with the importation and onward transport in your country, please contact your import agent.
